Secure File Tracking

Accessible 24/7 with password protection, using the latest high security coding & database technology, AusCollect™ gives you Internet access to your repossession or debt collection file action.

File Tracking is provided as an added free service to all of our clientele.

Features include:

  1. Add notations to your files.
  2. Notify us of part payments received direct to your office from the customer.
  3. Periodical payments automatically updated (eg: monthly loan repayment amounts).
  4. Create comprehensive reports from your own computer terminal for printing or copying & pasting into another software application (eg: Microsoft Word or Excel).
  5. View and/or download digital pictures of vehicle securities.
  6. View and/or download digitally signed images in PDF format, such as database searches, vehicle condition reports & towing invoices.
With AusCollect™ File Tracking™ you no longer have to wait and wonder what is happening to your debt collection matters, as is the case with many debt collection agencies. We want to be accountable to you in how we are progressing in collecting your overdue accounts.

Email or telephone us on 1300 799 040 to arrange your own unique secure log in and password details to access the system (multiple logins are also available for larger offices).

See our File Tracking Help Desk for a full explanation of how to use the system.

Note: "Pop Up" browser window prevention software must be switched to "off" on our website for AusCollect™ file tracking to work. Windows XP Service Pack 2 users or Internet users with other "Pop Up" prevention software installed will need to set their pop up window software to "enable pop ups for this site". The method of changing "Pop Up" prevention software settings vary, so we are unable to provide you with precise information on how to allow pop ups in your particular case - please refer to your IT support personnel if this problem exists.
