AusCollect™ File Tracking™ is a secure database
application (as indicated by the padlock symbol after logging in at the
bottom right side of each browser page), which allows registered members to do the following:
- View and/or print a progress report of a current file in action.
- View and/or print a final completed report of an archived file.
- View a digital picture or an image of a document (eg: Form 7's, towing
invoices, insurance documentation, special database searches). These
images can also be saved to your hard-drive.
- Add a journal entry into the database (eg: To advise us to cease
action, or that a customer payment has been received direct to your office).
